Voices from the Eyrie – 28 – City of Stone Part Four

We close out 2022 with a discussion of the final episode of the four-part epic with Frank Paur and Greg Weisman. We discuss the historial reign of Canmore as King Malcolm III; the fall out between Demona and Macbeth and the nature of their magical link created by the Weird Sisters; Bodhe’s final piece of terrible, awful, no good, very bad advice; and other topics such as just how smart Bronx is, and the technical issues of bringing this to the screen among many other topics.

We also dedicate this show to the memory of Kevin Conroy, the voice of Batman, who helped elevate western animation to a level where shows like “Gargoyles” could thrive and Frank shares his memories of working with him.

As 2022 closes out, Greg Weisman and Frank Paur discuss the state of the franchise while Greg Bishansky and Jennifer L. Anderson discuss the brief hiatus the show is taking for the holidays… but we won’t leave you waiting too long.
